We take great pride in the homes we build, the floor plans are done by a certified engineer, who examines the soil before any foundation is set. The reason the foundation is done by an engineer, is for our company to add 2-10 insurance plan to your home. Which means that the homes we build have a Ten year warranty on any structure of your home.
